A kitchen, dining room, and living room remodel with a new enlarged deck for a hot tub.

The original house was designed by Dick Whitaker Architect. The interior design by Spirit of Truckee won an award for Interior Redesign in the 2006 Tahoe Quarterly Mountain Home Awards.

Recycled hickory and oak were used for the flooring, mantle, and audio cabinetry.
